- The Scout Backpack is great for Customization.
The Custom NO ERRORS Scout Backpack is the only backpack on the market that is capable
of this unique artwork customization.
How does it work.
Step 1: Your team, club or organization provides our graphic artists team a camera ready logo.
You don't have camera ready artwork, no problem, for a nominal fee our graphics team
can re-create it.
Step 2: Once we get your artwork or our artists have created it our team of artists will take
the artwork and create additional artwork that wraps around your bag. We feel confident
that our design with your logo will be one of the only designs like it on the planet.
Step 3: You will receive both 2D artwork and a 3D rendering of the bag with all the
artwork on it. If your team or organization would like us to create a flier in order
for you to collect orders or sell as a fundraiser we are happy to do so for a $25 fee.
We will even credit you back with an order of 24 pieces or more.
Step 4: Once you have reviewed the artwork and are happy with the artwork an
approval form will be sent via email to you to approve and sign. GearGuard Sports
will need both a signed approval form and full payment of the bags and any applicable
set up fees.
Step 5: Your order is submitted and processed. We will keep you updated of the
production each week. Production time is approximately 12-14 weeks. This can
vary as all products are built to specifications in our overseas facilities.
All products are received into our United States warehouse facility and inspected
before shipping to their final destination.
Order Requirements:
- Minimum 24 pieces per bag design.
- Signed Approval Form
- Pre-Payment: Cancellations within five business days of order and artwork approval will receive a 95% credit. Cancellations are not accepted after five business days.
- One time Set Up charges range from $250 to $400 depending on the application.
